Linkwave Technologies will exhibit a range of Sierra Wireless IoT solutions at the Engineering Design Show on 18th – 19th October 2017.
Visitors to Linkwave’s stand at the show, which will be held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, UK, will have the opportunity to see high performance products such as long range, high speed LTE-A vehicle routers, low power Cat-1 modules, and demonstrations of interoperable open-source hardware and software platforms, as well as a number of complementary accessories to help enhance IoT applications.
Linkwave will also showcase the HL7692 – a Sierra Wireless AirPrime LTE Cat-1 module – on the new 4G variant of the PiloT HAT; demonstrating how AT commands can be used to control applications on the Raspberry Pi and other compatible development boards, and allowing users to browse the web effectively, send SMS, and transfer data using a 4G / LTE mobile network connection, rather than tethering them to Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Attendees will be able to see a demonstration of Sierra Wireless’s Linux-based Legato platform, which runs on the WP range of modules; offering a powerful and versatile platform for IoT applications running on small, low power, highly capable devices such as the AirLink FX30, mangOH Red, and Linkwave’s WasP board.
