On the 18th-19th September 2019 at the NEC, Birmingham, Linkwave Technologies will be exhibiting at the Emergency Services Show - a two-day event which brings together all disciplines from the emergency services sector to discover innovative technologies and operational solutions, share their experiences, and unite in their collaborative approach to public safety.
Linkwave’s offering for first response applications comprises secure, dependable cellular devices that turn emergency services vehicles into a truly mobile office at an incident scene - enabling all connected technologies to be fully operational up to 800 hundred feet from the vehicle, and allowing the command centre to quickly alert first responders to medical emergencies, redirect the nearest available vehicle to an incident, and ensure real-time transfer of vital signs and rapid generation of incident reports whilst out in the field.
Visitors to Linkwave’s stand will be able to see a range of first response optimised devices, including the Sierra Wireless AirLink MP70 – a high performance, LTE-Advanced Pro vehicle router developed specifically for mission critical applications in public safety, transit and field services, and the AirLink MG90 multi-network vehicle router, which has been certified and approved for use on the Emergency Services Network, and is purpose-built for vehicle power environments, and optimised to withstand extreme transient surges and temperatures.
Chris Ryan, Sales Manager (UK & Ireland) at Linkwave Technologies, said: “With our overwhelmingly successful trials for the fire services with the combined Sierra Wireless MG90, AirLink Connection Manager, and AirLink Mobility Manager, we are looking forward to hosting a stand and discussing our results at the Emergency Services Show.
“Linkwave has utilised the AirLink MG90 in-vehicle router to deliver a combined solution that offers superior comms ability, security that is uncomplicated when it comes to integration into existing MOBS, and high-performing real-time data transfer using sub-second cellular to WiFi switching.”
